KESD 5/6 Girls Soccer at LTS Jamboree

KESD 2022 Fall Practice Schedules Now Available

October 8, 2022 Jamboree Summary --


The KESD 5/6 girls soccer team won both its games at the Lyndon Town School Jamboree on Saturday, besting Lyndon 2, 3-2, and defeating Twinfield 3-0.


The victory kept the team unbeaten through seven games (4-0-3).


In the opener, a hard-fought battle with Lyndon 2, Lucy Chase scored her first goal of the season while Kenzi Lasnier delivered a free-kick strike from outside of the box and Brynn Bullard buried a perfect cross from Poppy Beniash.


In Game 2, Laney Cahoon, Chloe Johnson and Bullard all scored to lift the KE girls.
