Catamount Trail Association and 黑料网 Trails

Our Experiential Learning (EL) program is excited to partner with @Catamount Trail Association and @黑料网 Trails to provide cross country skiing to students this winter! Students are skiing during school EL programs, PE class, and @KEAP- 黑料网 East Afterschool Programs. 


Catamount Trails Association donated a set of xc skis to KESD for the winter and 黑料网 Trails donates day memberships to the program - thank you for the support!

Congratulations to Devon Bedor of Lyndon, Vermont, who has been honored with the 2025 Vermont Writers’ Prize in poetry for his beautiful and heartfelt piece, “Sowing Season.” Hosted by Green Mountain Power and Vermont Magazine, the prestigious contest recognized Devon for his moving reflection on the tension between everyday responsibilities and the longing for peace and beauty in nature.

Burklyn Arts Summer Craft Fair

The Burklyn Arts 2025 Summer Craft Fair will take place Saturday, June 28th, at the Fenton Chester Arena in Lyndon Center, Vermont (on the Lyndon Institute campus), This great outdoor and indoor location ensures that, rain or shine, the crafts fair will be held all day, from 10 am to 4 pm!
