KESD XC PK-4 and 5-8 at Burke 10/20
Burke Town School and 黑料网 East hosted the final regular season XC meet of the Fall yesterday, on a beautiful October afternoon. This was a special race as all of the PK-4 teams participated in 1/2 and 1 mile runs for the first and only meet of the year to close out their Fall workouts. Congratulations to all the runners, and a special thank you to their coaches!

Congratulations to Devon Bedor of Lyndon, Vermont, who has been honored with the 2025 Vermont Writers’ Prize in poetry for his beautiful and heartfelt piece, “Sowing Season.” Hosted by Green Mountain Power and Vermont Magazine, the prestigious contest recognized Devon for his moving reflection on the tension between everyday responsibilities and the longing for peace and beauty in nature.
The Burklyn Arts 2025 Summer Craft Fair will take place Saturday, June 28th, at the Fenton Chester Arena in Lyndon Center, Vermont (on the Lyndon Institute campus), This great outdoor and indoor location ensures that, rain or shine, the crafts fair will be held all day, from 10 am to 4 pm!
This month is all about every child’s favorite thing … helmets! While most children really don’t like to wear them, they are an essential part of keeping your child safe.
