February 8 KESD Pike 5/6 Boys v. Coventry

The KESD 5/6 boys had an amazing game against Coventry.

Our boys came out strong by seeing the court and working as a team.  These skills gave them the advantage over Coventry.

KESD had a nine point lead in the first quarter.

Coventry woke up in the second quarter and made it a challenging, back and forth contest the remainder of the game.

Ryder Pike anticipated some passes resulting in steals that led to foul shots, a three point shot and a few scoring layups.

Ethan Batson was on his game with rebounds tonight and looking for his outlets. Camdon Powers found his confidence dribbling and taking shots any chance he could.

These boys had some amazing team work with passing the ball around to run the clock down towards the end, for the win by two points, 30-28.

Our best game yet!!
