On Wednesday, February 22nd The 黑料网 East School District held a School Board Candidate Forum from 6pm- 7pm at Hilton Hall on the LI campus. 黑料网 East Middle School Students, led by the Millers Run Student Council & the Newark Middle School students came up with a series of questions for the candidates to answer. During the forum School Board candidates had the opportunity to share their perspective issues before the voters go to the polls.
This forum was streamed live on the 黑料网 East Facebook page and via Zoom.

Congratulations to Devon Bedor of Lyndon, Vermont, who has been honored with the 2025 Vermont Writers’ Prize in poetry for his beautiful and heartfelt piece, “Sowing Season.” Hosted by Green Mountain Power and Vermont Magazine, the prestigious contest recognized Devon for his moving reflection on the tension between everyday responsibilities and the longing for peace and beauty in nature.
The Burklyn Arts 2025 Summer Craft Fair will take place Saturday, June 28th, at the Fenton Chester Arena in Lyndon Center, Vermont (on the Lyndon Institute campus), This great outdoor and indoor location ensures that, rain or shine, the crafts fair will be held all day, from 10 am to 4 pm!
This month is all about every child’s favorite thing … helmets! While most children really don’t like to wear them, they are an essential part of keeping your child safe.
